Day 54

Wow. Have been slumping for the whole month... Lost most of my bankroll, until only $1.89 is left. I decided to try my luck at another tournament, and I played this one with much caution.

In the end, I got the 4th place out of 383 players. Thank God on that. Went from only $0.79 to $36.22. Phew...

Bankroll: $36.22

Day 33:

Finally had one of my better wins ever.

Participated in a 1 + 0.10 Multi-rush On Demand Hold 'em No Limit poker. Ended up finishing in 5th place among 693 players. Not too shabby! Now my cash flow is more stable already, adding a healthy income in my account: $45.04. If only I can stay there for a bit longer, then I might have won a larger amount of money. Maybe next time. :D

Balance: $55.16

Finally First Win!

Day 27:

Finally had my first win at a freeroll.

FullTilt was apparently screwed by the FBI a few weeks ago, and I suddenly realize I have a Oceania First Deposit Freeroll ticket. Don't know how that got there, but I entered myself in today of course.

Being Oceania Freeroll, the prize is so much higher, and somehow a lot of the players sat out. So it was pretty much smooth sailing. Ended up being 42nd place and won 25 bucks. WOHO

Time to slow play it now.

Balance: USD 25.

Day 1 - Start of a (?)Legend

After seeing this video http://www.fulltiltpoker.com/chris-ferguson-challenge (have no idea how to grab embedded video), I have just got to try it out myself.

So here it is. Day 1.

The rules sounds simple enough:
(1) No buy in a cash game or a Sit & Go for more than 5 percent of total bankroll. The only exception was at the lowest limits. Allowed to buy into any game with a buy-in of $2.50 or less.
(2) No buy in to any multi-table tournaments for more than 2 percent of total bankroll (exception is $1 Multi-table tournaments)
(3) If at any time during a No-Limit or Pot-Limit cash-game session the money on the table represented more than 10 percent of total bankroll, leave the game when the blinds are approaching.

This will take heaps of discipline. Hope I'm up for it.

First day ain't so kind to me. Entered a Rush Poker $150 freeroll. Had a QK same suit. Lost to a Ace high card. Not so lucky.

Here's to the start of a new journey.
